GRH-GBV PROPORTIONAL VALVE SERIES

GBV Proportional valve from Guorui Hydraulic(GRH) is a load sensed and front or post pressure compensated proportional stackable valve. For front or post pressure compensation valve, it can distribute flow proportionally for each working function. Because of the pressure compensa-tion, working flow is independent with load. All the proportional valves in this series have been load sensed, and spring centered. We can choose different plugin unit for the main valve body to accomplish different function.

The following are three types of GRH proportional valves：

The maximum flow of GBV60 is 55 L/min, and the rated pressure is 31 Mpa.

The maximum flow of GBV100 is 100L/min and the rated pressure is 31MPa.

 

The maximum flow of GBV200 is 220L/min and the rated pressure is 31MPa.

Electro-Hydraulic proportional valve can use two direct current coils: 12VDC and 24VDC, relevant current is 0—1.5Amp and 0—0.75Amp.

  This series valve is building with modular design concept, system designer can choose different module to accomplish various complicate system design. Main valve spool can provide excellent flow characteristics and low flow force.

At present, GBV100 and GBV200 proportional valves produced by GRH have been widely used in the following mobile machinery：
